Our goal is to treat the whole person, because too often adults with IDD are viewed only through the lens of their disability. Like anyone else, they face a range of health concerns that require attentive, specialized care.

This is a place to grow, to give back, and to find purpose in helping others. It’s more than just a workplace—it’s a community filled with heart and hope.

For me, working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a gentle reminder that health care is more than medicine. It’s compassion, patience and seeing possibilities where others see limitations.
